Goal weight: Who cares? Around 210-240, depending on when I feel good and how much muscle I can build. True Goal: My real goal is to be healthy and look good, and to be able to push my body to do more than I ever thought I could, to be able to participate in all the sports and activities I've always dreamed of.
I’m an older guy, started at 300 pounds, working to get down to 200, then back to 240 but with muscle. I’ve run 1 marathon, and I'm still running getting ready for a second marathon. I also lift and other things. I love to encourage others. I figure if I can do it, anyone can! :)
