About Living a Fit Life
Once I was a fat kid. Then I became a teenage athlete. Then I became a fat man. Now I'm finding out what it's like being an adult athlete.
Please, call me Johnny.
Currently I work out by running, gym cardio, strength training, and stretching. I've run one marathon, and will someday run more.

Gender: Male I’m an older guy, started at 300 pounds, lost 70, working on the last 30. I’ve run 1 marathon, and I'm still running, and I lift and other things. I love to encourage others. I figure if I can do it, anyone can! :)

Goal weight: Who cares? Around 220-240, depending on when I feel good and how much muscle I can build.
True Goal: My real goal is to be healthy and look good, and to be able to push my body to do more than I ever thought I could, to be able to participate in all the sports and activities I've always dreamed of.
